Life in medicine is much easier if you have role models or inspiring lesbian doctors to reach out to. This can be especially valueable if you are just starting out, just coming out (or thinking about it), or are isolated and don't know any other lesbian medicos. If you are an ALMA member who would like a mentor in medicine (no matter what age or stage you are), contact us. Let us know if you would like to offer mentorship to someone.
